01 General Terms & Conditions

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

03 Deposit & Payment Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on your account type and verification level.

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name are permitted. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Cu999 reserves the right to decline any deposit if suspicious activity is detected.

04 Withdrawal Policy

Certain conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from cu999. We always strive to process withdrawals quickly and securely.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cu999. Any violation will result in immediate action.

• Creating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account.
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's software for personal gain.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
• Dishonest attempts to profit by exploiting the bonus system.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other Members.

If any prohibited activity is detected, cu999 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account in question and forfeit all associated balances. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

• At the direction of legal authorities.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

10 Dispute Resolution

11 Right to Amend Terms
